Seek and Find Guided Meditation
Be curious, and pause with Pegge, at 3,000 feet, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Breathe into the present moment.
“Pegge’s voice is so soothing in this guided meditation and gives me the power to self-soothe and be present in my body.” -Elenna E.
This week, I’ve been thinking about the guidance Jesus offered when he said, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” - Matthew 7:7-8
I unexpectedly found myself in Santa Barbara, California, and each morning have walked to this overlook to open the present moment, in all its complexity, beauty, and simplicity. On this day, gazing to the Pacific Ocean and Santa Cruz Island, I tuned in, turned on the iPhone video to record, and began reflecting aloud.
Join me on a 15-minute peaceful journey, that seems like five, to both seek, and honor the truth of the present moment, wherever that finds you.
You’ll tune into the sounds of the world around us, and the inner yearnings in your own body, heart, and mind, touching your inner calm.

🦋🦋🦋 Oh Liz, this makes my day! I simply tuned into the energy of time and place, breathed, and leaned into the present and what wanted to emerge. I’m so happy it resonated with you and brought you butterfly. Lots of love and hugs this day from the warm mountaintop 🤍
